Prior to Everest, he worked in different sectors of the energy industry
Mr. Karki holds a petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business
He is an active member of the Dallas Petroleum Club and is involved in various philanthropic efforts in the Houston area

Mr. Taiyab Co-founded Everest Energy Partners and serves as President and Managing Partner
His responsibilities include business development, capital raising, A&D, deal structuring, commercial development, joint ventures, and leasehold aggregation
Throughout his career, he has been commercially-focused as he sourced & oversaw the valuation of over $500 MM in potential acquisitions
Mr. Taiyab has a track record of successfully raising capital, acquiring assets, and divesting assets across the operated, non-operated, and mineral space and delivering significant returns to investors
Prior to Everest, he worked in different roles in the upstream oil and gas industry
Mr. Taiyab holds a petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business
He is an active member of the Dallas Petroleum Club, Dallas YPE, and is involved in philanthropic efforts for the Salvation Army
